Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the distribution strategy of game products in overseas markets, formulate operational strategies, layout, and organize and supervise the implementation of operations;
2. Responsible for one or more products, customize the operation plan of the product life cycle, improve CTR, CVR, and ensure ROI profit;
3. Responsible for the user growth of game products in overseas markets, including but not limited to advertising purchases, application store optimization, search engine optimization, etc.; keenly grasp market hotspots, conduct game branding, and monitor market competition status;
4. Real-time tracking of product data, multi-dimensional review, through data analysis, user feedback, and competing product operating models, formulate executable operational plans, output daily, weekly, and monthly reports, and achieve KPIs;
5. Put forward product optimization suggestions and continue to promote the improvement of game product quality and user experience.
Requirements:
1. More than 5 years of overseas game operation experience, familiar with Apple/Google/Facebook/ and other overseas channel operation modes, complete overseas market game publishing experience, and successful product release experience in overseas markets;
2. Love the game industry, possess entrepreneurial passion, strong curiosity, learning ability, execution ability, result-oriented and efficient organization;
3. Have strong data analysis capabilities and product tuning capabilities, have practical experience and successful performance in market operation, planning and promotion, channel construction, and personnel organization, and have good social relations resources.
